This policy explains how Dhaavik ("we", "us") handles personal data submitted through this website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or quote request we collect the details you provide: your name, company, mobile number, email address, pickup and delivery locations, goods and load details, preferred date and your message. We also record the date and time of submission and a one-way hashed form of your IP address to prevent spam and abuse.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange transportation you request and keep a record of our communication with you. We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Consent
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; this will not affect processing already carried out.
Who we share it with
Your data is stored with our hosting, database and email service providers, who process it on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards. Some of these providers may store data outside India. We do not share your data with anyone else unless required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal or accounting requirements, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
